At the edge of Edirne, stray dogs live in a city dump that is about to disappear. The area is being cleared for the construction of a new prison complex, as prison infrastructure continues to expand across Turkey. Filmed during the site’s last few days, Dogs and Dust traces a disappearing landscape and the lives within it.
